We currently work with hundreds of restaurants across the globe. To find the restaurant you are looking for, search for them in the CheckedOut app.

I can’t find my favorite restaurant

No problem - it just means they haven’t joined CheckedOut yet. You can suggest that a restaurant joins CheckedOut through the app.

How can I use CheckedOut?

Once you’ve downloaded the app, simply invite your friends, choose your restaurant and food, send the payment, and get ready to enjoy your meal without needing to wait in a packed lobby or waiting room. It’s easy and convenient for everyone.

Can I order delivery using CheckedOut?

Yes, if the restaurant provides a delivery service. Please check before ordering to make sure.

What are the benefits of using CheckedOut?

You don’t need to call ahead to make reservations as CheckedOut does it for you. With a fixed time for when your food will be ready, you’ll be able to go to the restaurant and go straight to your table. There’s no waiting around, no crowded lobbies, and no fuss - just a great eating experience.

Can I split the bill using CheckedOut?

Yes, the CheckedOut app allows you to split the bill in whatever way you wish.

Can I pay only for what I ordered?

Yes, you can pay for whatever part of the bill you wish. You can pay for the whole meal, just your part, or even someone else’s food if you so desire.

How do I download the app?

The CheckedOut app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Just search for CheckedOut.

I did not get an order confirmation email

Check your spam folder to see if the message has been sent there. If not, check that your email address is set correctly in the app. It may take several minutes for the email to arrive. If you still experience difficulties, please contact us.

I did not place an order but I have received an order confirmation email.

If you have not placed an order but have got an order confirmation email with details belonging to someone else, please contact us to let us know. It is most likely that someone has entered the wrong email address while ordering.
